How will I know when you are on your way?
We will text or call you when we are on the way to your appointment.
What payment methods do you take?
Cash, CashApp, Zelle and Venmo. We also accept credit/debt cards, however, there is a 3% transaction fee.
Do I need to vacuum before the crew arrives?
We will vacuum; however, additional vacuuming beforehand is very beneficial. The more soil removed before cleaning, the better the results.
What do you consider a room?
We consider an average size room to be no larger than 200 sq. ft. Living room/dining room combos over 200 sq. ft. are considered two areas. Any area over 200 square feet but less than 400 square feet is priced as two areas. Non-standard areas (baths, halls, landings, walk-in-closets, etc.) are priced separately from the standard areas.
How long will it take to clean my carpets?
On average, it will take approximately 20 to 30 minutes per room. This time can vary greatly depending on how soiled the carpets are and any necessary spot removal treatments.
Do you move furniture?
No, we ask that you move the items that you want off the floor prior to our arrival. You can put smaller items up on beds or couches, so we can cover more areas.
How long will it take for my carpet to dry?
The drying time depends on many variables. The largest variable is the cleaning method: VLM (very low moisture) will dry in the matter of a couple hours. Hot water extraction (steam cleaning) takes on average six to twelve hours to dry. The other factors are type of carpet, pile height, soil level, traffic wear, staining, etc.
Do you guarantee removal of all spots or stains in the carpet?
We cannot guarantee that we will remove all spots or stains. There are substances that can permanently discolor the carpet fibers. The age, wear, and type of carpet fibers play a role.
Do I have to be home while you are cleaning?
As long as we have access to a hidden key or code, you do not have to be home. We just need payment prior to starting the job (we accept multiple methods of payment). We can take before and after pictures and text them to you, along with a receipt.

Do you provide a receipt for the work completed?
Receipts are automatically sent via text message or email (your choice) when paying with a credit/debit card. All of payment methods a receipt is available upon request.
What do I need to do before you arrive?
Please, turn on all lights and open blinds before we arrive. Ensure to leave an open parking spot close to the door.
