How will I know when you are on your way?

We will text or call you 15 minutes before arrival on your appointment day.


What payment methods do you take?

Cash, CashApp, Venmo, and Zelle.


Do I need to vacuum before the crew arrives?

Please vacuum the areas to be cleaned before we arrive. However, we will vacuum a second time; the more soil removed before cleaning, the better the results. 


What do you consider a room?

We consider an average size room to be no larger than 200 sq. ft.  Living room/dining room combos over 200 sq. ft. are considered two areas. Any area over 200 square feet but less than 400 square feet is priced as two areas. Non-standard areas (baths, halls, landings, walk-in-closets, etc.) are priced separately from the standard areas.


How long will it take to clean my carpets?

On average, it will take approximately 20 to 30 minutes per room. This time can vary greatly depending on how soiled the carpets are and any necessary spot removal treatments.


Do you move furniture?

No, we ask that you move the items that you want off the floor prior to our arrival. You can put smaller items up on beds or couches, so we can cover more areas. 


How long will it take for my carpet to dry?

The drying time depends on the cleaning method used. VLM (very low moisture) will dry in the matter of a couple hours. Hot water extraction (steam cleaning) takes on average six to twelve hours to dry.


Do you guarantee removal of all spots or stains in the carpet?

We cannot guarantee that we will remove all spots or stains. There are substances that can permanently discolor the carpet fibers. The age, wear, and type of carpet fibers play a role.  


Do I have to be home while you are cleaning?

As long as we have access to a hidden key or code, you do not have to be home. We just need payment prior starting the job (we accept multiple methods of payment). We can take before and after pictures and text them to you, along with a receipt.


Are your product and method safe?

Our products are safe for children and pets, non-toxic & environmentally friendly!


Do you provide a receipt for the work completed?

We will provide you with a receipt for your records or landlord.


What do I need to do before you arrive?

Please, turn on all lights and open blinds before we arrive. Ensure to leave an open parking spot close to the door.
